The Dongying government in China’s Shandong Province has announced an ambitious 2024-2028 Rubber Tyre Industry Development Plan. This initiative aims to significantly boost the local tyre industry by targeting up to nine tyre and tyre-related enterprises within the region. The goal is to achieve a combined operating income of RMB 100 billion (approximately £10 billion) by 2028.
